Shoes

Well, I played some pick up last night with a couple guys. My favorite pair of basketball sneakers finally bit the dust, RIP. I planted and the whole right sole ripped off. It scared me at first cuz I knew either my whole foot broke off or the shoe just blew apart. I was pleased to see that option two was what actually happened. Afterward, Billy from the Bronx, asked me what size shoes I wore. Then he told me to take off my shoes as I looked at him in a sort of strange daze. Then he goes "As long as we win I don't care". Let me remind everyone that this was a game of pickup that meant nothing to anyone outside the game, well actually it didn't really mean anything for me either but you'll have this. What a champ.

Tale as Old as Time

I gotta say...nothing like listening to the theme song of Beauty and the Beast to unwind on a long bus ride. The time I have at home always goes way to fast. Very thankful that I got to see everyone tho, parents, sisters, relatives. I got to hit the golfcourse twice this break. First time out went great, second time out, not so great so I guess it was a balanced couple rounds of golf.

Well, like I said before, Megan and I are on our way back to the NYC. Can't say that I'm thrilled to head back, but I guess thats how I always am until til we actually get to campus. Well, pretty short and sweet. Now its naptime.
